The media team in Ethiopia has been writing and recording radio programs for the Amharic speaking population. Now they wish to reach urban youth with these broadcasts by making them available on an Amharic web page.
The effectiveness of many ministries often depends on their ability to gain national and international sources of funding. Utilising your expertise and skills in grant/project writing you will enable multiple ministries to improve and expand the impact they have. Through training and developing local writers, you will equip these ministries with an important skill they need to transform more lives in the future.
As you hear more and more about orphans of Ebola, AIDS, and other disasters, have you ever wished you could be involved in finding caring, Christian homes for them? At Arise (a SIM partner organization), we believe that God desires Christian families for children and that a loving, supportive, stable family environment is a tangible expression of God's will. Therefore, we ultimately desire to see every child being raised in a Christ-centred environment.

A talented photographer and videographer, he covered several major stories of how God is working through Serving In Mission during their time in Africa. Tim and Hannah are sent by St Saviour's Church, Guildford and have two children, Reuben and Makena.

Cat is international communications manager for Sports Friends, a Serving In Mission ministry which seeks to make disciples through sports coaching. She is based in Chiang Mai, Thailand and met her husband, Somchai, through her work. He comes from a remote hill village in Thailand but works for Sports Friends, helping train and support new coaches as they work with sports teams at local churches.
