Malcolm and Liz McGregor

Malcolm is a former UK and International Director of Serving In Mission and is currently the Community Engagement Pastor.at Carrubbers Church, Edinburgh. Liz is a member of Carrubbers Church and also works as the Scholars Care Coordinator with Langham Partnership.

Peter Matheson

Peter is Serving In Mission's mobiliser for Scotland. He partners with churches to help mission workers into the field, supporting them, caring for them and praying for them throughout the application process and beyond. He also liaises with mission workers from his area while they are in the field.

Hannah Hitchin

Hannah is Serving In Mission's mobiliser for central and south west England. She partners with churches to help mission workers into the field, supporting them, caring for them and praying for them throughout the application process and beyond. Sent by Pavilion Community Church, Bournville, Birmingham, she also liaises with mission workers from her area in the field. Hannah served in Thailand with BMS before joining Serving In Mission.

Mark and Cheryl Gibson, Joshua, Amelia and Sam

Mark and Cheryl have been working in Burkina Faso but are now on extended home assignment. Mark’s main ministry was with the Fulani Bible school and working alongside different Fulani church leaders. He also served as elder in a local church. Cheryl’s primary role was home schooling, but she also taught English as a second language to Burkinabe. Sent by Bilton Evangelical Church, the family are now praying through what their next steps should be.

Mike Ewan

Mike is the director of Serving In Mission UK's Ireland operation. Working from Belfast, he deals with new inquiries from would-be mission workers, helps them through the application process and then supports them when they become members. He is supported by Greenisland Baptist Church, Carrickfergus.

James Niblett

James is Serving In Mission's finance and stewardship director. He joined in 2014, having previously worked for a charity which built and ran hospices in Romania. James is married to Naomi and has three children, Daniel, Esther and Miriam. He is sent by St John's Church, Tunbridge Wells.

Will Elphick

Will is Serving In Mission UK's donor relations manager, responsible for connecting well with our supporters and keeping them informed about our work. Sent and supported by The Forge Community Church, Debenham, Will led SIM's Liberia team during the 2014 Ebola crisis and was previously deputy director of SIM UK.

Steve Smith

Steve is Serving In Mission's UK Director, responsible for leading the agency and its staff. He took over in March, 2014. For the previous four years, he had led Grace Church, a growing Co-mission church plant in Worcester Park, south London. Steve and his wife, Gwyn, have experience of world mission, serving in Uganda with Crosslinks.

Andrew and Becky

Andrew and Becky are serving in the UK, where they are sharing their faith with Muslim neighbours. They are both involved in small group and one-to-one evangelism and Andrew also works in a Christian bookshop.
