Joanne is in her mid-twenties, and was born and raised in the Netherlands. In February 2024, the Lord called her to be a TCK teacher in Liberia at the Liberian Co-op of Dakar Academy. Joanne’s lived there since July last year, on a two-year contract with SIM UK and DA. This school year, she’s teaching grade 3-5 (grade 5-7 in the Netherlands) and is thankful that God wants to use her in His Kingdom.
