Al and Rachel serve in Greece with their family. Al shares his time between leading the European Christian Mission (ECM) team in Greece and helping to lead a church plant in Athens. ECM aims to partner with the evangelical church in Greece to equip, connect and multiply churches across the country.
Rachel helps to lead the church’s outreach ministry with young families, particularly focusing on mums. She coordinates pastoral care for the ECM team, and helps ECM International with orientation of new missionaries across Europe and with receiving missionaries from partner organisations such as SIM! They are sent by Hope Community Church in Cambridge.

- for Al as he works with church leaders and networks to support the growth and planting of churches across Greece;
- for Al and Rachel as they work alongside their church in outreach and discipleship;
- for bringing more Greek workers into their team and for those workers to find financial and prayer support;
- for Charis and Lois to trust God in all the ups and downs of living cross-culturally, to grow in their knowledge of him and be a witness in their school.
