Sarah is a Senior People and Culture leader with over two decades of experience across the corporate, charity and humanitarian sectors. She has held Director-level roles across continents, shaping people strategy and strengthening teams. Sarah now runs her own consultancy, helping Boards and CEOs of mission-led organisations reimagine how people and culture can drive transformational change. Sarah is married, and together with their teenage children, they serve at Rock Baptist Church in Cambridge.
