Simon leads the dental team at Trinity Dental Clinic at the Eternal Love Winning All (ELWA) Hospital in Monrovia. the capital of Liberia. It provides dental care in a country with only a handful of dentists and with a population of over 5 million people.
Simon leads the dental work as Principle dentist, leading a team of around 18 staff. He also heads-up the Liberia Dental Therapy School which started in September 2022. They aim to train around eight Dental Therapy Practitioners per year through partnership with local Cuttington University and the Liberian Ministry of Health.
Grace is a nurse and supports medical staff and patients at the same hospital.
The couple are sent by St Gregory’s Church, Crakehall, north Yorkshire.

- for Simon and Grace to rely on God as they work how best to serve the people of Liberia;
- as they train Dental Therapy Practitioners at the Liberia Dental Therapy School (8 per year) that they will be equipped to meet dental needs to the glory of God;
- for all the patients served by the Trinity Dental Clinic that they may seen the love of God in the care they receive;
- for those Simon is training, that they would learn quickly and work diligently to care for their patients.
