Quechua Outreach Ministry

We want to empower churches to be involved in holistic gospel ministry, so that Quechua communities and individuals in rural areas of Peru can access God’s word.

We use community health projects – like mobile dental clinics and health education courses – in the remote Apurimac region, to show the love of Christ for people through basic health care and sanitation, and training for local workers.

If you are a dentist, hygienist, nutritionist, nurse or doctor, we would love you to consider serving with us!

Within the Quechua communities in the mountains, there are low levels of literacy and a lack of translated Christian resources. We use oral Bible story telling techniques and help produce materials and Bible translations in the Quechua dialects. Radio programmes are used to transmit the gospel message across the valleys!

Many church members and leaders have had some biblical training, but in remote communities it can be easy to get discouraged and feel isolated. We support local pastors and evangelists through regular visits, mentoring and additional training.

We are praying for more workers from around the world who can get involved in ministry to the Quechua people!
