We are equipping the church to go where Christ is least known. Compelled by God’s love, we have dynamic and relational projects in communities across Ethiopia to bring hope and healing.
Projects within this ministry include Bible schools, vocational training for women at risk and assisting their children, teaching English and using sports as a tool for sharing the gospel.
We need Bible teachers, lecturers and admin staff for Turmi Bible school in south-west Ethiopia.
We need qualified counsellors, therapists, medical professionals, teachers and children’s workers to assist with our vocational training projects for women at risk, Ellilta Women At Risk, and the related project, Intervention for Children. Ellilta Women At Risk is a registered Ethiopian charity, where over 1000 women have gone through the rehabilitation program and 94% successfully left prostitution. These projects both care for their immediate needs and trauma, and provide skills training for them to become financially independent.
We also pray for sports coaches, English teachers (qualified) for the evangelical Ethiopian Kale Heywet Church denomination, proof-readers and writers for Fellowship Bible Studies, and professional coaches to serve in other projects and mentor ministry leaders.
