Phil and Carolyn serve the team in West Africa, where Phil is helping translate the Bible into Fulfulde, the native language of the Fulani people. The New Testament was published in Fulfulde at the start of 2013 but he is now working on the Old Testament. He is also working on audio recordings of the Bible, which can be distributed through radio programmes, over the internet or via mobile phone apps.
Carolyn is a doctor, specialising in sexual health and HIV, and works in a hospital on the outskirts of the capital city. She also has a thriving prison ministry, going once a week to treat inmates and share the gospel.
