Sarah, serving in South Africa, trained as a seamstress and then did further training to become an Integrative Arts Psychotherapist. She loves using her creativity to help people and has a particular interest in working with trauma. Sarah enjoys being able to help people holistically, teaching sewing to bring in practical skills and running therapeutic groups to help emotional wellbeing. As she builds relationships she shares the good news and hope that she has in Christ.
