Personal hygiene is already lacking in this country, an issue magnified by the current pandemic. With masks not being worn, hand sanitizers not being used, hand washings infrequent, the need for these extra hygienic products has created extra burden to families already in poverty. Hygiene packages for families in poverty would help them understand the importance of personal hygiene and lower the infection rate.
£30 provides hygiene packages for three families, each containing five masks, a bar of soap and a bottle of hand sanitizer.
