In Namibia, approximately 60 per cent of the population is under 25. There are considerable generational and cultural barriers to reaching young people with the gospel. Through partnering with the local church, we desire to see this generation of children and youth become lifelong followers of Christ.
Personnel opportunities include teaching in schools (both short-term and long-term), community development projects to help with skill development, and training local church children and youth workers.
