We seek workers who can bring hope to the people in this region through economic contribution, modelling integrity in business practice, employing workers from displaced communities and affirming the God-given skills of the individuals.
Experienced businessmen and women are needed who can advise and support small business owners and entrepreneurs, offer consultancy and help develop their own projects.
We invest in relationships with local believers and work alongside churches to support them. Whilst we seek to model sharing faith and discipling, we recognise with humility that mature local Christians are ordinarily better placed to witness to and mentor unreached members of this community. Through developing relationships of trust, we have networks to which we can introduce seekers or new believers.
Workers are expected to spend a period of time language learning.
