Cheryl Gibson

Cheryl has been a member of SIM since 2000 where she served in West Africa for 15 years along with her husband, Mark. Their official title was ‘Church Planters’ among the Fulani. Cheryl spent a lot of her time schooling and discipling their three children, supporting local Fulani women and teaching English as a Foreign language.

Currently, Cheryl is part of SIM UK People Care Team, where she serves our families as Family Advisor. She seeks to resource and support parents in educational issues and offer pastoral care as they serve overseas. She also connects with TCKs and helps them navigate the joys and challenges of growing up between different cultures.
