Tim is involved in mission training in Russia and the UK. For six months of the year he serves as the Director of Training for the Eurasian Missionary College in Kazan, Russia, training missionaries and church-planters for ministry in the region.
When in the UK, he runs training courses for the leadership of Christian churches, organisations and networks to help them mobilise their people to engage in effective cross-cultural evangelism and ministry.
He is sent by Danbury Mission Evangelical Church in Essex.
