After feeling called to be an essential partner in educating those that do not know Him about His plans for the world, Walter and Ella joined the SIM team in Zimbabwe. They were sent by John White Memorial Congregational Church, Belfast and long to see more Africans mobilised into mission work.
Walter is involved in theological research, researching how people do church in Zimbabwe and feeding this into how SIM missionaries can be informed about serving in Zimbabwe. He also helps enhance gospel teaching to young people and teaches churches about their role in mission work.
