The ENGAGE programme places cross-cultural workers, who are equipped for mission in the UK, into churches and communities.
There are opportunities for ministry and outreach to significant diaspora communities, through activities or groups like sports, language teaching, music or discussion.
Initial areas of ministry include major urban centres (London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester and Warwick) although applications are welcome from churches across the UK and from enquirers who have a calling for other regions.
ENGAGE workers will ideally help resource the church to do the work of cross-cultural discipling in the local area, as well as helping identify areas for growth within the church itself.
