Faculty are needed to help establish a faculty team for the modular program at ISTEL that has centers in Luanda, Huambo/Kuito, Bié, and Lubango with requests to establish a center in Malange and another in Saurimo or Luena. Without more faculty ISTEL is unable to respond to these requests as the present full-time faculty are already overloaded.

Qualifications required
To teach at the bachelor's level a minimum of a Master's degree (Mdiv., MTh) in theological studies is required. For the Master's degree program a PhD is required in an area related to leadership, missiology, christian education or theology/biblical studies/languages
Experience required
Formal teaching experience is desirable but not absolutely essential. Experience with teaching in an online format would also be helpful but not essential.
