Mobilizer

The Sports Friends Mobilizer will work with both SIM sending entities and SF staff to facilitate the placement of interns, short-term teams, and new SIM members within the ministry. This individual will report to the SF Mobilization Director and as a team they will discuss and implement best strategies for mobilization within the ministry. Individual will communicate regularly with SIM sending entities in an effort to keep them updated on the current needs of the ministry. We will also be strategically looking for ways to mobilize new workers from areas of the world that are have been non-traditional sending contexts. A large part of this role would also involve helping to share the vision of SF at various churches, college/universities, and conferences to help broaden awareness of the ministry and to create opportunities for mobilization.
