Provide leadership for the development of Sports Friends ministry throughout Asia. Responsibilities will include strategic planning, ministry development, partnership development, vision casting, mentoring and team/staff development, training, financial management and planning. Recommended Experience: Position requires a mature Christian with leadership/management experience, cultural sensitivity, team working approach and people skills to relate well with Asian denominational leaders and church-planting partners. The applicant should also be a flexible self-starter with the ability to lead collaboratively, encourage, and motivate a ministry team towards equipping churches and church planters to make disciples through sport.
