The Business as Mission (BAM) Coordinator

Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing strategies for using business initiatives to further the agency’s mission. This role involves identifying opportunities for creating sustainable businesses that can generate income and support the agency’s mission, as well as managing the planning and execution of these business initiatives. The BAM Coordinator works closely with other agency staff, local partners, and community members to identify needs and opportunities for sustainable businesses. This may involve conducting market research, developing business plans, identifying funding sources, and managing the day-to-day operations of the businesses. The BAM Coordinator also ensures that the agency’s business initiatives are aligned with its mission and values, and that they support the agency’s overall goals and objectives.
