Youth worker

With collaborating ministry organize activity-based clubs designed to meet social support needs of high school students; network and build relationships of trust that lead to authentic, trust-based friendships; sharing the Gospel when invited to do so; initiating Discovery Bible Studies with those expressing interest. Help organize summer sports camps and summer science camps in conjunction with sports ministry; be involved with summer camp ministry of collaborating ministry. Interact with a network of supporting local churches; interact with other team members to provide and receive mutual encouragement and spiritual support; interact with a prayer network in collaborating churches. Time allocated to ministry activity may be balanced with parallel activities such as seminary studies in accordance with the priorities of the person filling this position. Related responsibilities as mutually agreed upon, or suggested by the individual(s) filling this position
