The Chief of Security will have primary responsibility for the overall operation of the ELWA Security Department as its commanding officer.
Qualifications required
Christian in good standing with church fellowship, having a blameless reputation for personal integrity and moral uprightness. Commitment to the Purpose & Mission of SIM and the SIM Commitment. Training in Security and Safety matters, or other related field from an appropriate and accredited institution (such as the Liberia National Police Academy), or equivalent experience in security, military, or another related field. Minimum seven years' continuous or combined experience in Security as senior-level Officer within a similar organization or business entity.
