The regions of Caazapá and Guaíra have small congregations started by SIM workers in various stages of maturity. Some are young church plants, while others are growing towards independence from direct missionary support. All of these churches include godly leaders that desire support and leadership development as they meet the needs of their community. This position seeks to humbly hear the concerns of the leaders and within the framework of relationship, provide tools and resources that will encourage each church to grow in health and maturity, as well as develop a passion to participate in planting more churches. A secondary aspect of this role is to provide opportunity for these churches that are spread out across the region to meet together, see themselves as a body of believers across towns, and create a strong, healthy community of trust and dependence on each other.
