Could you explore with others how to better communicate the truths of the Bible to children and young people in church and in weekday children’s clubs? Are you able to work alongside the local church to creatively gather children, show them care and compassion, teach them the Bible and walk with them in the challenges they face growing up? Various team members are already involved in children’s clubs or teaching Sunday school, but none with this as their primary ministry. A key function of this role would be to help train and encourage local believers to regularly engage in children’s ministry to ensure ministries continue. Initially, the role would be best located in Parakou where there is mission housing and well-established church relationships. But other locations would also be possible. This is a French speaking ministry.
