Discipleship Intern

What does it mean to serve and equip leaders in rural Paraguay? How does discipleship work and what are the barriers of culture, language, and understandings? This internship seeks to cast the vision and demonstrate the great need for healthy, mature churches in Paraguay. You would have the opportunity to travel to the various churches, time to listen and develop relationships with church leaders, experience culture, ask questions, and reflect on what it might mean to be a missionary in Paraguay. You will have time to intercede and pray for churches, space to discuss and reflect using curriculum around orality, shame/guilt cultures, church leadership development, and discipleship. Ultimately, this internship will focus on the learning and development of your understanding of missions as it relates to church development.
