In order to maintain our ministries at ELWA into the future, we need to maintain and develop the buildings we have and train Liberian staff in the skills to do this in the future. The area that is falling down the most is in our current plumbing systems and knowledge of plumbing. This role will not only be practical fixing of current systems, but also teaching and imparting knowledge onto willing potential students.
