The STA Coordinator works on placements for short-termers, makes sure they are settled into their location and ministry, and communicates with sending offices about anything to do with short termers.
Qualifications required
Organized; people person; speak French and English
Experience required
1-2 years in HR or management helpful. Mostly they need to have a servant heart.
