Qualifications required
The following are helpful attitudes, knowledge and skills: humble, prayerful, learner, Christ-follower, Spanish or willing to learn, growing understanding of personal strengths, passion to shepherd others, counseling, coaching skills, social work training, willing to travel to visit SIM team members.
