We need a full-time Mobiliser to come alongside enquirers, applicants and their churches across Northern Ireland and Ireland as they prayerfully explore potential cross-cultural gospel ministry. You will also provide ongoing support and care to our mission workers already sent from your region, partnering with their sending churches.
SIM UK’s presence is well established in Northern Ireland with thriving networks and relationships. You will help us to ensure this continues and develop our work in the Republic of Ireland.
This role involves remote working within a team. You’ll need to manage time and work independently, whilst communicating well with the team leader and colleagues. You’ll be joining the team at a time of strategic change, and we’d love you to be involved helping us shape our mobilisation processes.
This is a full-time permanent position. You will be willing to travel across Ireland with your home base ideally in reasonable proximity to our N. Ireland office in Belfast.
