We are equipping Christian leaders in Namibia with the knowledge, skills and character to help them share the gospel and grow in spiritual maturity.
Through theological education for pastors and ministry leaders, dedicated Christian ministry training (for example, for children’s workers) and strategic discipleship of church pastors, we see vibrant churches across the country who are engaging with their local communities and sending workers to areas where Christ is least known.
We also provide Christian leaders in Namibia with books to aid their ministry. Four conferences are organised in various locations throughout Namibia to train pastors and provide them with foundational books and commentaries at a subsidised rate.
Workers with a strong theological training or academic background are needed to help resource the church. We are praying too for workers who can organise the book set conferences and engage in ongoing collaboration and partnership with local leaders.
